"Space is not innocent, neutral: it is political, it is part of a strategy".
Space and politics, Henri Lefebvre

Agathe Rosa and Emma Grosbois teams up to explore the links between image, space and memory. With a common sensitivity for photography, optical effects and space, they offer an artwork that encourage us to constantly change perspective and renew our gaze on our urban space and its history.

Their first collaboration was born in 2019 on the occasion of a commission for the exhibition “Rue d'Alger” which took place as part of the Biennale Manifesta 13 at the Italian Cultural Institute in Marseille (Fr).
